GARY PRICE

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Gary Price is an accomplished Operations Executive with 25+ years of leadership experience in multi-site operations, trucking services, and the travel center industry and brings deep industry and operational expertise, holding numerous operational and C-Suite leadership roles at notable companies such as Love’s, Pilot Flying J, Corner Bakery Café, and the US Army.

Gary previously served as Executive Vice President of Total Truck Solutions & Facilities at Love’s Travel Stops, where he led all aspects of the company’s truck maintenance and repair operations, overseeing Love’s 1,250+ properties. During his tenure, Gary drove significant expansion of the Truck Care division and helped position Love’s as a market leader in comprehensive fleet services.

Most recently, Gary served as Chief Operating Officer of Alpha Aesthetics Partners, where he ensured seamless integration for new partners and drove organic growth with existing partners. Gary Price currently serves as an Operating Partner at Garnett Station Partners, where he brings operational expertise to portfolio companies across automotive and service sectors, and serves on the boards of Flagstop Car Wash, Goodturn Automotive, and WOW Carwash.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware, an MBA from Fayetteville State and a Masters in Retail from Cornell University

Rick jacobs

VP of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Rick Jacobs has over 30 years of experience growing and transforming businesses with 6 successful growth and transformative P&L assignments for diversified industrial businesses in global markets, including Chief Procurement Officer for Fortune 200 company.

Prior to joining True North, Rick co-founded GXE Industries, a management consulting firm focusing on transportation, manufacturing, industrial, service and high-tech companies. Rick also served as President at Dura-Line and held various leadership roles at Eaton (including Chief Procurement Officer, President of EMEA, and President of Filtration Worldwide Group), Bendix CVS/Honeywell, and General Electric .

Rick graduated from Clarkson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical & Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management, and completed Harvard University’s Business Marketing Strategy Program and Columbia University’s General Management Program.

Kevin Schumm

VP of M&A INTEGRATIONS

Kevin Schumm is an experienced M&A integration and operations leader with 20+ years of professional experience supporting >$25B of transactions.

Prior to joining True North, Kevin served as Vice President, IT Merger Integration & Finance at Terminix Pest Control, leading execution of IT’s $40M synergy target during Rentokil’s acquisition of Terminix. Kevin also held various leadership positions at Davita Kidney Care and ADT Security Services, as well as previously operating his own real estate brokerage and M&A consulting firm, The Cheshire Group. Kevin spent the first decade of his career at Deloitte in Audit, Transaction Services, and Consulting

Kevin graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accountancy. He also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
